Price negotiation?
The price stated as firmed, always the lowest price as I can offer, please do not ask for further discount.
Strictly no entertain for price bargain.
Unless you make a bulk order with minimum 6 units or proof as dealer, I will try my best to do adjustment.
Yes, dealer is welcome here!

Courier delivery and handling period?
Please allow 1-7days for the shipment. Consignment note number will update to you after the shipment out.
If after 7 days after the consignment reference number sent, still not receive the parcel, please alert me immediately! (Please refer the delivery information)

How about warranty?
All new products selling here all comes with 1 year limited warranty and used gadgets comes with minimum 7 days warranty.
However, nobody can promise the item is 100% problem free even after tested. (Especially the used item, please be patient if you meet a problem)
If you discover any serious defective, please return to me immediately within 3 days period once you received it with Email alert. We will exchange for you.
(Please just do not tell that you are away and only check the item after a month... This is not a matured excuse!)

If you has made an order from us and paid via online TT or cash bank-in, please upload the bank-in information for us within 24 hours and to lelong.com.my.
If you failure to do so, we will seize/cancel your order for further investigation and may caused the delivery date delayed.
